    We believe that God designed the family as the primary place for discipleship. The FAITH PATH initiative exists to partner with you as you guide your child’s faith journey with suggested practices and milestones at certain ages.     Branches is a faith-based counseling center that offers healing and hope for those struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction and shame regardless of their ability to pay. Their dedicated and well-trained staff of both state licensed and pastoral counselors work with couples, individuals, children, and teens. Branches brings the very best of traditional counseling and Biblical principles to personal, family, and relational issues and seek to help bring meaning and wholeness to everyone they serve.

    Branches Recovery Center is located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, but has started a partnership with The Bridge Fellowship. This location is at 2596 N. Mount Juliet Road, Suites 100 and 200 in Mt.     Do you shop at Kroger?! Help The Bridge receive FREE Community Rewards from Kroger! Any time you buy groceries, pick up prescriptions, or fill up with gas, you will earn rewards. A percentage of every dollar you spend at Kroger will be sent quarterly to The Bridge to support our community. You don’t have to do anything except choose the organization online. Every time you swipe your Kroger card or enter your Alternate ID, Kroger will be sending money to The Bridge! It will not affect your discounts or fuel points! Email Sharra Wilson with any questions. See directions below to make sure your Kroger card is connected with “Community Rewards.”

    Step One: Go to kroger.com/account/update

    Step Two: Enter your Kroger rewards card number. If you don’t have a Kroger card, you can get a card from the service desk. If you don’t know your number, you can look it up online.

    Step Three: Online, you can update your information, see your fuel rewards, add digital coupons, and add a “Community Rewards” recipient.

    Step Four: Search for "The Bridge Fellowship" or by our account number, "CK029" and click the button!
